Processing takes 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
2. How long is delivery?
U.S. orders: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.
International: usually 10–20 business days.

3. Do you ship from the U.S.?
Yes—select items ship from our U.S. warehouses (marked on the product page). Others ship from our international facilities.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also use our Track Order page and enter your tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking to begin updating.
5. Will there be invoices or supplier marketing in the box?
No. We ship without pricing or promotional inserts.
6. Do you offer free shipping?

Changes & Cancellations
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately via live chat. If the order has already shipped, we’ll help with a return once it arrives.
Returns & Refunds
8. What is your return window?

9. My item arrived damaged/incorrect—what now?
Snap a few photos of the issue and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund per policy.
10. Who pays return shipping?
For approved returns that aren’t due to damage/defect, return shipping may apply. We’ll share the exact instructions when you start a return.

11. Are your products under warranty?
